My condolences to Ken and family. I first met Ann at Awapuni School in Palmerston in the mid 1970s when she was my senior teacher/team leader. I clearly remember the battle, we had to be allowed to wear 'trouser suits'! I moved at the end of that year to Hamilton with my husband and sometime after Ann & ken also moved up here. I met Ann many times throughout hers and mine teaching career, and also during runs or walks around Chartwell. The last time I met Ann, she was out walking and was clearly disorientated around the area where she lived. She remembered me and I helped guide her back home. RIP Ann. Ken, cherish the memories of your life together. She was a lovely lady.
