Andrew SPIERS Obituary
Loving husband of Zuzana, dearly loved son of Paula and Roger (deceased). Much loved brother to David, Judith and Catey. Loved uncle to Roseanna, Danielle, Mary, Rusty, Hugh, Elsie and Peter. Brother-in-law to Daniel, Craig, Sam, and to partners Paige, Brett and George. A loved great-uncle to Peyton and Harrison. Auntie Janice and Uncle John Stocker, their daughter Nikki and Stewart, Zack and Sebastian in England and Zuzana's family in Slovakia. Andrew died suddenly at his home in Dundee, Scotland, where his funeral will take place. A private family gathering has been held in Hamilton. Andrew will be dearly missed by family, friends and students.

A wonderful man and
loving husband. Such a shock to hear this news. We shared a New Zealand heritage and worked in adjacent labs in Oxford. So sad. He will be much missed by all.

Very sad to hear this. I was lucky enough to be in the same Masters class as Andrew. He helped me out more than a few times. I will miss him dearly
