Alison FRASER Obituary

Peacefully at Te Awa Lifecare, Cambridge, on 5th September 2024, aged 88. Our lovely Fruitcake mother has run her race. She's left us to join Rick where he's been waiting for her with a nice Otago pinot at the big bar in the sky. Beloved wife of the late Richard, much-loved mother and best mother-in-law of Sarah and the late Stephen, Andrew and Tess, Kate and Graham. Adored Granny Ali of Angus and Alex, Madeleine and Sophia. Her memorial service will be held at the Feilding Funeral Chapel, 282 Kimbolton Road. at 2.00pm on Saturday 14th September.

Sincere condolences to you all.

I have fond memories of your Mum, particularly at the bookstore which I would frequent and where she worked. We would always have a lovely conversation. She always remembered me! I have fond memories of Alison, who was a member of the U3A Manawatu Art Appreciation Group which I coordinated for many years. She brought along some wonderful artefacts to share with the group and contributed a lot to our discussions.
