On Friday, 22 April 2022, peacefully at Whakatane Hospital, aged 67 years. Dearly loved and respected husband of Raewyn. Loved father and father-in-law of Jason and Karla, Aaron and Betsy. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Glenis and Bruce Miller (Cambridge), Heather and Murray Goldsbury (Tauranga), Barry and Maryanne Tipping (Cambridge). Loved grandad of Noah, Jesse, Ruby, Jack, Felix, and Zephyr. Lifelong mate of Mike Morse (Cambridge). As per Alan's wishes, a private cremation has been held with a memorial service to be advised at a later date.
