Our lovely UG was such a favourite uncle. Even up into our fifties and sixties, he delighted in seeing us and always made a big fuss of us. We will always love and miss you and although heartbroken at your passing, it is a relief to know you are at peace and you have regained your dignity. Arohanui to our beloved auntie and cousins.

I would like to take this time to share some great childhood memories of which would not be possible without the childhood friendship that I had with Gordon's son Ross. The strongest memory is being part of the soccer rep team (back in the day) in Cambridge and going to the family farm for fireworks night plus other fun activities, these where great nights. Another memory I can't pass up sharing is being invited to stay in the family caravan at the beach, truly special and even now I can't drive pass the old camp sites without some 'spark' of memory taking me back.
