May we offer our deepest sympathy to Mrs Clark and her family. We were probably Ross' last customers. We would like you to know that our blind, fitted just a few weeks before Ross' passing, is working perfectly and will be our memory of him. It was an honour to know and to do business with such a very nice man. Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time.
